Hello emilyyu -
You asked several questions regarding usage -
( "How to use.... 'of/for', 'not only/but also', 'why don't you/why not' ).
My best advice for you is to find a good usage reference (ie. "English Grammar In Use" by Michael Swan).
As for you question about bamboo...."Why can the bamboo I put in my fridge or my shoes take away bad smells?" ......
Why don't you try the Science Forum? Why not give it a try?
Not only is it a logical choice, but also you are more likely to find someone there who can answer your question. :) Philo |
