My name is Kim and I live in Michigan, USA. I currently work in the medical field, but I have been considering changing careers to become an English teacher overseas. I have always had a fascination with China, so that would probably be my first choice.
What I would like to do is make friends with someone. I can help with your English and you can teach me about where you're from. And who knows, maybe someday I will come to teach in your city and we can meet each other?
Also I would be interested in hearing from others who are currently teaching overseas who could tell me more of what to expect as well as the positives and negatives.

I am Cynthia , a Chinese college student for English major . Well, as a teacher , a not very easy job ,u may be patient or even a litter bit humour.
With some different culture or the life-style, you may feel a litter bit strange.

I'm a chinese student. Our college also has several foreign teachers who come from USA and other countries.
we know what kind of foreign teachers we prefer~~

I'm surprised to see so many classmates here!You're so popular!Yes,you got it!I'm another Chinese student.Tht reason I choosed English as my major is I want to travel around the world.You wanna teach in other countries.Is it because you have the same dream with me ?Anyway,to teach in China is a very smart choice.You will enjoy your life here!I don't know what's your favor.
