Hello Mamei
I would myself omit "outside", as that's already implicit in "terrace". Then you might say:
1. We had lunch on the terrace, at the Italian restaurant. ] This emphasises the fact that you had lunch outside.
2. We had lunch at the Italian restaurant, on the terrace. ] This puts more emphasis on the fact that you had lunch at the Italian restaurant.
3. We had lunch at the Italian restaurant on the terrace. ] This draws attention to the fact that you ate outside.
However, interpretation of word order does vary; other members may take a different view!
