Please tell me if a antive speaker would accept these sentences.
1. I like singing but some people think my voice ist not beautiful like I do
Is the "like I do" okay?
2.Between 1960 and 1970 they built by about 60 houses
Is the "by " okay?

first of all, i dont think you could compare your voice to you as a person. second, i'd use "as " instead of " like "
like is preposition.
i.e., I like singing but some people think my voice ist not as beautiful as her
you need to drop " by " |

As a native speaker, I would accept the first sentence. The like I do is fine there. You are saying that other people think your voice is not beautiful, while you do think it is beautiful.
In the second sentence, leave the "by" out.
