It sounds like rhyming slang used originally by people from a certain part of London's East End.

I would think it would be more usually written:

wotta lotta bosh on lotta dosh - but - - I don't think it really matters unless you want to be pedantic about *beep* rhyming slang. Very Happy

It means :

What a lot of bother about such a lot of money! Smile

P.S. I tried to use the correct word "*beep*" but got 'beeped' out for using an unacceptable word in Am. Eng. The word is C-o-c-k-n-e-y which is used to describe people from the East End of London, who were born within the sound of the bells from Bow St Church. It's now often commonly used to describe anyone from the East End of London.

The East End used to be a poorer part of London with a reputation similar to the Bronx in New York for a picturesque manner of talking. Smile
