I think you want to know how to remember words. The answer is read a little every day. You will learn new words and how to use them. You might forget some of them, but when you see the words a few times, you will remember them.
The second part is that you are not interested in English. That is the biggest problem, but if you read about things you like (soccer, travel...) you might find using English is OK.
