| Can you say 'I'm new on board' to mean 'I'm new to this job'? I googled with 'I'm new on board' and didn't find it in the first few returned pages so I thought I'd better ask. Thanks. |

No. A boss might say, "Welcome on board." to a new employee. You might say, "I've just started here.", "I'm new here." but I can't think of a phrase with 'on board' for an employee.
