Hello AL
The structure "to have something done" is known as a "causative passive". It consists of "to have" + direct object + past participle. The structure implies that the subject caused someone to perform the action.
In "I am going to climb Mount Fuji", the structure is "present progressive of the verb 'to go'" + to-infinitive + object. This use of "I am going" expresses an intention.
