Which of the following is correct?

A: I cannot sing the song. It's too hard for me.
B: 1. How hard could it be?
2. How hard it could be!

2. How hard it could be!

1. is correct. The suggestion is that singing is not a difficult task.
2. is possible in grammar, but sounds like you are 100 years old.
