Bonjour,
I need some advice again.
1. Do you think she will arrive at 10:00?
2. Do you think she will arrive by 10:00?
3. Do you think she will have arrived at 10:00?
4. Do you think she will have arrived by 10:00?
Which sentence is correct, and which is not?
I'd appreciate it very much if you could please explain why.

Only 3. is wrong. Future perfect happens before a 2nd action/future time.
'by' stresses before (but can include at) a time.
