It seems as if you were a teacher.
What's the meaning of above sentence?
1) I think you may have been a teacher. (past)
2) I think you can't be a teacher, but you are pretending to be a teacher.
(impossible present, subjunctive)
3) It depends on the situation. (It could be 1 or 2.) |

You are not a teacher, but you seem like one. |
