Hello,

Is it possible to use the linker last but not least in a letter of complaint, listing the 2nd last point that wasn't satisfactory?

I'm looking forward to getting your reply.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Marlen,

If you mean the second to last point then it doesn't make sense because it's not the last point. If there are only two points it still doesn't make much sense because you haven't made a long list of points.

The phrase "last but not least" is used to say that while something may be last in line, it's not the least in importance. It's a phrase that many consider to be overused so, for this reason alone, you may not want to include it in a formal letter of complaint.
