What does "run" mean in the sentence below?
Does it mean "have it and use it" ?
"It is inexpensive to run this car." |

Yes
"It is inexpensive to run this car."
means
It is inexpensive to have this car and use it
usually if you run a car or a piece of equipment, you have it and use it
