♣ for myself, not others
♣ you have to make a target
♣ Patience, Willpower, Determined
♣ three meals a day normaly and eat unhurried
♣ do exercise more
♣ drink water more
♣ do not be a night owl
♣ do not lose weight rapidly, only make a reduction of 0.5 to 1 kilogram
in one week
♣ do not take medicine Unless doctor's permission
♣ do not believe everything about reducing advertisement
