Hi,
I am easily ill these days. If I want to express the idea that I'm an easy target attacked by virus, or my immune system is getting weak, what is the most natural way that an native English speaker will say?
Thank you for your help!

Hi Leslie,
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling well! I hope you'll be feeling better soon.
Regarding your question, you could say, "I've been very susceptible to illness lately. I think my resistance must be low."
Take lots of vitamin C and get plenty of rest! I know it's hard with a little one.
