First, you should keep a happy mood.
Second, eat a lot of fruits.
Third, do a lot of exercise. That's my opinion.

my opinion:

- Find a sport/ some exercises you like. And train 3 times a week
Because when you train everyday, You won't like it anymmore. ( Unless you really, really like to sport ofcourse)
- Eat healty ( everyday fruit, vegatables and something of milk.)
- Drink a lot of water.
- And, Like jiwenjie said: keep a happy mood.

I do the same like I wrote here, and It really works. I only train everyday. but that's because I love to sport, and I want to become better. Cool

I think there several rules one should follow in order to be healthy and fit.
No.1 Be a regular person. By "regular" I mean you should keep a regular schedule for necessary daily activities, such as eating, sleeping and so on. Because the irregularity of time and content of these activities will have harmful effect on your body.
No.2 Always have a good mood because sadness and anger and some other negative emotions are bad for your organs and then health.
No.3 Exercise regularly. The reason is clear: Life is dependent on excercise!
Hope everybody healthy and fit!

Gradually you can be healthy as long as you can keep a good, proper diet. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. So I suggest you have an apple every day. Besides apple, you should eat other fruit. Vegetables can also help you to be healthy. During your spare time, do a lot of exercises. And always keep a good mood. Talk to your friends and family frequently so as to solve your problems immediately. I think you can be healthy if you can do the things above.

How to be healthy? I think this is a flexible question.
Everyone has his own way to keep fit. Doing exercises, having a pleasant family and even getting a satisfactory job and so on. Although being under the different circumstances, the most important thing is keeping a good mood. Because good mood can erase your troubles, reduce your pain and enhance your interest in life. Whats more, keeping a habit of doing some exercises is also essential. It may not only make people a good physical, but also help us own a positive attitude to our life.
Therefore just do yourself, thats ok.

"THE ONLY GOLDEN RULE IS THERE IS NO GOLDEN RULES"

According to this dont restrict yourself with anything, do whatever thing.

keep your mind relax thats the only way to be healthy.
