I have learned English since I was 14years old. I found that English is benfit for me. Today many information are writen by English, so Engliush is very important for me.Though English is not our native language.I should study as well as our native language. For example, I want to go to Australia to reach a futher education, so I must study English very well, or there will be many porblem wait for me, I can not communion with them, and it is difficult for me to understand what people say. I will work harder on English.

hi Danie, Laughing
I do agree with your opinion and i hope you will achieve your aim soon. I would like to suggest some ways to you to improve your proficiency in English Language. You most probably need some extra reading materials such as news paper, novels and magazines in english. Read it as regularly so that you can get some input and can improve your speaking ability.
Other than that you can listen to English radio stations. It might be enjoyable and learning in a fun and fast way. Dont see the language as taught and uncomfortable with it. Try to speak out. So that u will get use to is. wish you all the best...take care!

bye,Danie. Very Happy Laughing

danie as u said english is a fantastic language
right now i am pursuing my degree in the english language studies in the national university of malaysia. most of the time my syllabus involves topics like speaking, oral communication, written communication..
in short my course has taught me various areas i needed attention at.
well i am a very competent speaker of english by nature
i have adopted english as my mother tougue bcos the first word i uttered when i was born was english.....u know......i have not mastered it yet but i will
do read a lot and watch cartoons as it is the english spoken in cartoons are the best and without any corruption like the box office movies from USA. So listen 2 radio and talk frequently in order to get hold of the pronunciation kay. tc

I like English, so I also think English is very useful. In my opinion, English is the most useful landuage in the world, although I come from China. Now, I am studying in Wuxi, and my specialized subjuct is English, we all get ready ro go abroad. It is very exciting for us, isn't? So we must study hard from now on. It must be very interesting if we lived there. Watching English movies is a good way to learn English, From it we can know lots of useful words in our daily life, so it can improve our listening skill and speaking skill. Not only that, I also like to listen English songs and learn them. It is my hobby, I know many young people same as me...Fighting Fighting!!!
