I think one the difficulties that the user will face is that they can't really connect or access to the internet all the time for example those who live in a rural area..

Well, with the internet there's always the problem that people can claim to be whoever they want, there's no quality-control etc. You can't necessarily tell if someone is using the language correctly (e.g. spelling or grammar) even if they're a native speaker. On controversial subjects there might be a risk that they use words which would be considered inappropriate by others. Additionally, texts aimed at people from a particular country, such as newspaper articles, may assume a lot of background knowledge that makes it difficult for outsiders to understand.

But none of these disadvantages really outweigh the huge advantage of having available as much varied, genuine, up-to-date reading material as you could ever realistically need - and the chance to find documents related to particular subjects that interest you.

today internet becomes one of the major tools of language learning.
there are various of reading material s provided on the internet. students really can gain knowlegde whenever they access the world wide web for the reading materials.
but we should think about the problems on it.
the question is, it is really provide relevant and appropriate information for the readers?
in my opinion, not all the information and reading materials in the internet are true.sometimes students could not access the exact topics or points which related to thier queries.
apart from that students couldn't acess the internet for all the time. there will be some problems and limitations for reading the materials.
