Hello, here is a choice i met during my study.
Although we have been working in the same office for several ages, she ________ me much impression.
A. hasn't left B. doesn't leave C. isn't leaving
i got confused with the difference between A and B. Could you sort it out for me?

Good question. I will give you my take, but you will hopefully get more difinative answers, too.
The correct choice is "hasn't left." The verb form allows for the idea that up until the current moment the woman has never made a mark on the speaker's memory. (a past through present idea)
The phrase "doesn't leave" is more future marked. (My train doesn't leave for another hour.)
