Im not sure what cause's this to happen. Im thinking its high blood pressure, but anyhow, I can be walking, driving, or even sitting down and immense feeling comes over my body and i get Very light headed almost at times to the point of passing out, my heart will start racing, & i feel like i cant breathe, also sometimes my body will feel numbish. Any thoughts on this?

You cant say about hypertension unless and untill u check your BP. You seems to have anxiety
