'rightly' is not the adverb of 'right'.
rightly
adv.
1. In a correct manner; properly: act rightly.
2. With honesty; justly.
3. Informal. Really: I don't rightly know.
On the other hand, 'right' is also used as an adverb. Therefore, I woud use 'right' instead of 'rightly' in the above sentences.
By the way, 'screw something on' is a phrasal verb. |
