Hello,
Does "a little of butter" sounds odd to you? Is it wrong? Personally, I would go for "a little bit of butter" or "a little butter" (without "of".
Thank you,

Hi.
Your alternative suggestions are the best and most natural. A little of butter is something I have never heard. |
