Which sentence is correct? I think it is the second one but not sure.

And when we ask where people are from. We ask: Where you are you from? or Where do you come from? Right?

I will say this: It's more natural to say "I am from Taiwan."

Where are you from ? or Where did you come from ?

that sounds good to me.
