Hi...
I live in Greece and studying for Michigan's Proficiency in English (aka ECPE).
In case I want to do a postgraduate program in England , do I have to get prepared for their local exams or ECPE is completely the same as CPE?

The CPE is much harder than the Michigan exam. However, find out what your university accepts. Every university will be different.
