1. Though the battle has been long and hard-fought it was worthful.
2. It is worthful to accept the advice.
3. It's worthful taking the trouble to explain a job fully to new employees.
Is it OK to use worthful in these three sentence? |

While your sentences are grammatical, the word worthful, if not obsolescent, is at least falling out of use; it now appears rather stilted, and had much better be replaced by worthwhile in all of your sample uses.
