Hi people,
Here's my doubt: Do you say: "hearing impaired people" or "impaired hearing people"? As both words are modifying "people" I'm confussed about the order they should go.

| It would be "hearing-impaired people" hearing modifies impaired here, because it tells what kind of impairment the people have. |

You'd better get used to this type of syntactical structure.
physically challenged people = the disabled
an intellectually challenged person = a dumb person
a technologically challenged person = a person having hard time learning technological stuff
You can replace 'challenged' with 'impaired'. |
