Dear Teachers,

1.Make sure he fully understands that you dont wanna split up with him.
- split up with him here means say goodbye to him, right?

2.What can I do to make my relationship last? And what can I do to screw it up?
- screw it up here means handle it, right?

3.I think you should keep thinking positive.
- think positive here means think optimistically, right?

4.Whenever we meet outside in the streets, we dont feel comfortable like before anymore.
- Is this natural?

Thanks a lot to Teachers,

Stevenukd

Yes, say goodbye permanently, or break up with him.

No. "Screw it up" means "ruin it"; "make it bad."
John and Susan have a wonderful relationship. He doesn't want to do anything to screw it up.

Yes.

Hmm. I suppose it's understandable, but I probably would have said something like,"Whenever we meet on the street these days, we don't feel comfortable like we used to."
