This is from Garfield. A boy waring a thick tie around his neck asks Garfield, "Is this tie too big?" Garfield says, "Not at all." And he continues on to say the quoted sentence. _________________ Hiromichi |

| Yes, I saw that one, too. circus friend = clown.....the type of tie that would be worn by a clown in the circus :) |

| I remember reading that comic years ago, and I think Garfield says, "No, not at all, not for my circus friend," which means that "If you were in the circus, the tie would be okay, but since you are not in the circus, it is too big for you." |
