Hello,

Do I need "the"? Which sentence is correct or the best one?

a) Advertising helps increase the sales of products.
b) Advertising helps increase sales of products.
c) Advertising helps increase product sales.
-- sales in general
And after that the word "sales" is mentioned, do I need "the" in the sentence that follows?

Even though it is the quality that matters, we still need to advertise to increase sales.

Sentence (b) is the best one, followed by (c).
