What makes it even worse is that there is no apartment for rent at $600 in San Francisco if people want to live without roommates.
I think "that there is no apartment for rent at $600 in San Francisco," is a noun clause. Please tell me if I am right or wrong. Thanks. |

Yes, it is a noun clause and functions as the complement while 'what makes it even worse' is another noun clause and functions as the subject. |
