Hi,
Which sentences are correct?
A. I told him the news on my letter?
B. I told him the news in my letter?
A. I stated my age on the email.
B. I stated my age in the email.

Hi.
With each of your examples, "in" is what you should use.
ex: "I wrote some news in my letter".
ex: "There was some funny story in my email"
