When you make a new friend , keep smiling that can dissolve awkward atmosphere. As you have a argue with good friend, keep smiling that can soften friend's anger. When you don't have good complexion , keep smiling that make you vigorous and cheerful.
Smiling more, angry less, and all the best things will be come to you. Smile

easier said than done!

Imagine: if you keep smiling when you are actually upset...that would be twisted. at least I can't do it.

I have a black board on which my children are expected to write something interesting or a quote periodically. Once my daugther wrote thus:
