Fow knowing a language, you don't have to remember the grammar rules. The language faculty of one's brain auto-processes language, based on the grammar one has imbibed without one's knowledge. This is called implicit grammar.
Yes for knowing about a language, one has to remember the rules and study grammar explicitly. |
