Hi,

Which sentence is correct, or both?

I saw him in the store.
I saw him at the store.

And how about,

I saw him in a store.
I saw him at the store.

Does the change from "a store" to "the store" change the sentence's meaning?

And sorry...
About the way I asked my question, where to place the question mark?
"Which sentence is correct, or both?"
Should I ask this way?
"Which sentence is correct? Or both?

I saw him at the store
. -- Both OK

I saw him in/at a store. -- an unspecified store
I saw him in/at the store. -- a specific or previously mentioned store

Which sentence is correct? Are both?
