Yeah!! it's pretty good for speaking skills! you can talk to people who speak good english by which you get to know and practise your speaking english.
Plus, by the true conversation, you can get to know more about your conversation partner. |

Yes! I think so too!!!
And Skype can also use for a TEL as well!!
So we could save money by not useing international TEL!
