Do you think bus companies should be responsible for the damages and injuries that caused by the bus driver? Why or why not? i'll appreciate it if you can share your opinions with me.

I do.

Bus companies should be responsible for the damages caused by the bus driver. because the bus company should choose those qualified and skilled drivers to work for the company. if it happens to employ a bad driver, of course, that's the company's fault.

If a TAXI driver makes a traffic accident, then he should be totally responsible for that. but if a bus driver dose the same, since his action mainly stands for the bus company, then the bus company should be mainly responsible.
