Which is grammatically correct?

I'll lend you some money if you need ( ).

Akihiko-san,

Using the example you provided, you'd say
"I'll lend you some money if you need it.

But truthfully, you could just say
"I'll lend you some money if you need".

If you wanted to use "some", you could say
"I'll lend you money if you need some".

*you wouldn't really want to use "some" more
than once in this sentence*. (i.e. I'll lend you
some money if you need some". This sounds
kind of strange).

But to use "any" in this sentence, the most
natural sounding way is:

If you need *any* money, I'll lend it to you.
