On the sentence "It may sound like a science experiment gone bad." ;
1. Is "gone bad" grammatically correct?
2. What's the meaning of "gone bad" or of the sentence ? |

Hi there.
Yes, it's ok. It means that something has gone wrong or not turned out as expected and is likened to a science experiment going wrong. |

"gone bad" is also applied to food that has spoiled, rotted, or expired ...
"Oh, that smells awful! I think the milk has gone bad!" |
