Do you like the chinese food? I would like to introduce the food named moon cake to you. Do you like this food? Do you know why we call it moon cake? Now I will tell you. long long ago, a person named Qu Yuan, he is a great person. He want to save china from the bad King. But the King don't put him into the prison. He was very sad. At last, in a evening, the moon is very round, he drop into the river to kill himself. So other people invention the moon cake to commemoration Qu Yuan. Exclamation

Hello. I think i won't agree with you. Qu Yuan has somehting to do with Zongzi. Does he have something to do with moon cake?

Moon cake is okay; I like it but sometimes it gets a little difficult to eat. I never learned the legend behind it though, thanks for sharing; I'll have to look into it deeper. Smile

Sad i think you have got an wrong information about moon cake. It seems that Qu Yuan has nothing to do with moon cake. In my opinion, moon cake originate from the tale of Chang E
