Do you have regular access to (high speed) internet?

I am an American and I am studying Japanese.
I would like to speak with Japanese people via
Skype for conversation practice.
Skype is free to download and is available for
Macintosh and Windows.
Getting Skype account is free. Skype members
can speak with each other for free.
