Dear teachers,
What is more correct to say?
1.He is the company employee
2.He is the companys employee
What is the rule to create a possessive?
Thanks in advance.

Apostrophe 'S' is generally not used to indicate possessive of inanimate nouns. Prepositions are used instead. He is an employee of the company.
