been to a place = visited/gone and returned. (not in that place at present)

gone to a place = is in that place at present.

In the second and third sentences, it is good to put 'been'.

Logically, 'gone' can't apply to the first person, 'I'. You might say 'I am at the theme park.'

But I don't rule out the possibility that 'I have gone to... (I am at....).' could be acceptable in some (native) variant of English.

In the USA, you could say either "I have been to the theme park" or "I have gone to the theme park" to mean that you have visited the theme park.

I do not understand "via that I drove there many times." You could say either

"I have gone to the theme park via automobile" or

"I have driven to the theme park many times" (by automobile implied),

but your use of "via that I drove there many times" is not correct English.

Yours truly, CP
