How stressed she was? How stressful she was? Which is correct, why? Thank you

Both could be correct, but they mean different things: She was stressed = she was experiencing stress She was stressful = she caused stress (to someone else) "Stressful" is usually used with things other than people, as in, "I had a really stressful day."
