"If you see the girl I am talking about," so far OK

"you will hardly forget her" all right, or maybe, "you won''t forget her,"

"because she is very attractive with her long legs" fine so far

"and eye-poping bosoms." Well, you are missing a "p" in "eye-popping" and "bosom" is singular, though *beep* are plural. If you want to keep this phrasing, say, "and eye-popping bosom." If you want to be a little more subtle, you might say, "and full figure" or "and ample bosom" or even "and pleasing figure." Most people know what a pleasing figure is.

So: "If you see the girl I am talking about, you won't forget her, because she is very attractive, with her long legs and pleasing figure."
