The name of the forum means "Listen and Speak". The slogan is "listen to others, speak up for yourself".
Although you might not understand Chinese language very well, we have a sub-forum particularly for English speakers. The forum itself has English interface exactly like here in ESL Cafe.
The purpose of having a English forum in ting-shuo is to get some fresh ideas and perspectives for both Chinese and foreign forumers. As for Chinese, we hope to get some outsiders' views. As for non-Chinese, you could have an opportunity to learn more about the country by talking to some real Chinese.
