If I have access of a lot of recent events or information about special parties. Does that make me an *resourceful* person?

Thanks

missdaredevil,

Hi. I'm not sure that would make you a resourceful person.
Maybe well connected or well informed, but not resourceful.

I hope this is the answer you wanted... Smile

Do *tactful* and *resourceful* mean the same thing?

This is the definition I found of resourceful:
having inner resources; adroit or imaginative; "someone who is resourceful is capable of dealing with difficult situations"; "an able and resourceful politician"; "the most resourceful cook in town"

tactful:
having or showing a sense of what is fitting and considerate in dealing with others; "she was tactful enough not to shatter his illusion"; "a tactful remark eased her embarrassment"

tactful relates to "tact," which means a sense of how to be appropriate in social situations.
Also, the phrase is "access to" not "access of."

Thanks for pointing out the mistake.
