Can I use two plural nouns in a row?
For example;
- The system benefits all MEMBERS of COMPANIES.
- Saralies should be determined by RESULTS of JOBS.
Thanks. _________________ YUKIKO |

Yes, your sentences are fine, so long as you mean to express that there are members of more than one company and results of more than one job.
If what you mean is "the benefits of all member companies," that is, all companies that are members of the benefit plan, then you can't change it to "members of companies."
Likewise, if what you mean is "salaries should be determined by job results," that is, by the results achieved by the workers on the job, then you probably don't want to change it to "results of jobs."
Hope that helps. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
