Do you have any questions?
If you have any questions, please call.

Why is questions plural?

Thanks.

It may be because of the difference between countable (individual) and uncountable (mass) nouns:

Do you have any apple juice? Mass.
Do you have any apples? Individual.

Do you have any curiosity? M.
Do you have any ideas? I.

Do you have any heat? M.
Do you have any matches? I.

Both.

Do you have any apples = do you have at least one apple. The answer is likely to be, "No, none," or "Sure, as many as you like," or "Yes, but only one," or something like that.

Do you have any sugar = do you have some sugar. The answer might be, "No, I'm all out," or "Sure, how much do you need," or "Yes, but only about a cupful," etc.
