Why "Having set off" instead of "Setting off" ?
What's the difference between them?
How can I change "Having set off" into full clause? |
"Setting off," as an introductory phrase means "in the process of setting off." "Having set off," means that the things in the next part of the sentence take place after setting off. Another way to say it would be, "Once you have set off, you will probably..." |
