Dear Teachers,
1. Your daughter needs to feel like you haven�t chosen your new husband over her.
- What does �choose your new husband over her� mean here?
2. If the drug test comes out positive, get your daughter into rehab asap.
- What does �rehab� mean?

1. It means to favor or give more attention to the new husband, neglecting the daughter.
2. "Rehab" is short for a rehabilitation program, usually (as in this case) a drug rehabilitation program. Probably the daughter is a habitual drug user, quit and said she was okay now, but for some reason was given a drug test. If the test shows that she is taking drugs, the advice is to get into rehab to take care of her addiction.
